INTERVIEW STORIES for CAREER ADVANCEMENT Crafting purposeful stories that showcase your work achievements is an essential skill that can be developed. I vividly remember my own first attempts. I spent a very long time writing until a near-coherent narrative emerged. I believed I was no good at this storytelling thing, and I feared it. Since that time long ago, I've become expert at it.
