📣📣 Add don’t restrict 📣📣 To this weeks chilli I added an extra pepper and a can of sweetcorn. ✅ Higher food volume for not that much more calories ✅ More fibre so will feel satiated for longer ✅ Extra portions of veg added to my 5 a day ✅ Not much effort needed to do achieve the above. ✅ Went too far with the chilli again 😂🥵 Restriction is usually our first go to when we are dieting and it doesn’t work, that’s why I chose it as one of the topics in my 6 week course renourish.
