The one thing people want in a recruitment process..... Feedback!!! People just want to know where they stand! It's not much to ask, is it? I had 3 people last week thank me for letting them know the process wasn't going anywhere as the client was progressing with other candidates. This was a timing thing rather than a quality thing (sometimes you are just late to the party). It took 5 minutes and was a chance to further build a relationship with the contractors.
