Passing psychophysiological testing is a prerequisite for #nuclearpowerplant operators. I am amazed at how modern technologies allow us to automate this process by collecting data on emotional state, eye movement, changes in pulse or skin color. If you see a published probe design with FAM/TAMRA, you can safely replace the TAMRA with BHQ1. Better signal to noise and better data. After BLASTing it of course (ask us). "Probes are too expensive" - ask us further how a FAM/BHQ1 probe in your qPCR can *reduce* costs.
