Your Heart Rhythm TV. I'm Meg Donde and I'm joined by Doctor Vijay Rahman from Geisinger Heart Institute. And we're coming off of the first late breaking clinical trial C IED's. Doctor Benjamin, thank you for joining us. Thank you for having you. Of course, the pleasure is all ours. We are going to discuss the tech spam study which you just presented. Tell us about the findings of the study and then the key implications for for clinical practice. I know it's been so anticipated. What do we do when we have to extract left bundle? They're pacing leads, yeah, because compared to traditional leads, his bundle and left lung area pacing leads are in a different location. One it's in the conduction system either it's in the deep muscular region. So there's always concerns about what complication we can find or is it easy to get these leads out because majority of the leads used to a new unless leads. So we are trying to answer both of those questions. So we had about 341 patients included in this study, the Zara Trust spective observational study. Our two hour surprise, the vast majority of the 90% of the leads were able to remove with manual traction. I want to under score the point that the left bundle branch pacing leads, they're only 20 Styler driven leads remaining 80 plus leads are all lumen less leads and these leads are all less than three years in. So we don't have long term data on this leads. While his bundle pacing leads the longest wars about 15. 16 years old and those leads do tend to come out well and. 100% success in removing almost all of the leads except for three patients where small fragments were left behind.

Passing psychophysiological testing is a prerequisite for #nuclearpowerplant operators. I am amazed at how modern technologies allow us to automate this process by collecting data on emotional state, eye movement, changes in pulse or skin color. If you see a published probe design with FAM/TAMRA, you can safely replace the TAMRA with BHQ1. Better signal to noise and better data. After BLASTing it of course (ask us). "Probes are too expensive" - ask us further how a FAM/BHQ1 probe in your qPCR can *reduce* costs.
