10 October | Talent Manager | Christchurch 🍭 They say it takes a village to raise a child. But it takes a damn good Talent Manager to support a top-notch recruitment agency. Especially one handling the chaos of Skilled Civil, Construction, and Manufacturing long term temporary roles, that often go permanent here in Christchurch. It is not the end of the world. Why should I work for you? 1-Are you offering me a fair work environment? 2-Are my loyalty and hard work well appreciated by fair salary ,bonuses and career boosting? 3-Do you support me by Medical Insurance and training programs paid by you? 4-Is your Company added to my CV an addition to my career ? You are genuinely looking for the best candidate to your needs Me too,looking for the best conditions to improve my life. If I am not happy,you will not be happy If I am not comfortable and appreciated,you will receive the worst performance of the world, even if I am a genuis in my domain.
