Daniel Abrahams and David Odeleye .. love this. my 2 cents on this to add flavor. Leadership is not about achieving complete readiness; it's about demonstrating 100% commitment. When you find yourself at 70% readiness, you might struggle with the fear of the unknown. Striving for that final 30% can often lead to overthinking and fixating excessively on what you don't know rather than on what you do know. Instead, it's essential to embrace the 70%, leap in, and adjust as new information becomes available. The law of diminishing returns often dictates that pursuing absolute readiness is impractical. BTW... even if you get the remaining 30% you will still be scared. So do it! It requires bravery to take the leap and make the necessary adjustments. Be brave. It's the best antidote for being scared, right? If not you, then who?
