This reduces the chances of errors in assembly and fits perfectly with Poka Yoke's principle of error prevention. 🖨️ Rapid Prototyping: 3D printing allows for rapid prototyping and testing of designs, enabling quick identification and correction of potential issues before mass production. 🔍 Enhanced Quality Control: By using 3D printing, companies can produce intricate designs that incorporate Poka Yoke features such as guides, alignment tabs, and error-proofing slots, ensuring that parts can only be assembled in the correct way. 🌍 Sustainable Production: 3D printing minimizes waste and allows for on-demand production, aligning with lean manufacturing principles and reducing the likelihood of defects due to overproduction or inventory issues. ✅ Boosting Efficiency and Safety: Combining 3D printing with Poka Yoke ensures that processes are streamlined and safer, minimizing human errors and enhancing overall operational efficiency. 📢 Florian Palatini Mark Winker what are the #gurus thinking of this screw sorting solution? haha.. what if rolls in horizontal position... will move in wrong size
This system is very ingenious, I know that it exists adapted to a sorting of fruit for example
cool
Add a groove for the head so the screws and bolts roll more uniformly
Nice Poka-Yoke Hector Pujadas
We used to use something similar for flower bulbs. Great for onesy-twosy, but feeding it manually for any quantity comes with a rash of problems.
Gamification meets pokayoke...Hector
Just needs a little patience....
This is a great example of how technology can be used to make manufacturing more sustainable. Less waste, less overproduction

7moMistake proofing is great but is this sorting method efficient?
