Great panel today with patent litigation titans about developments in lit funding disclosures, 1782 discovery and even how GenAI may impact patent local rule disclosures. Signs point to more funding disclosure requirements (including for national security reasons), and more use of 1782 across UPC proceedings given limited discovery there.
