How can we show up with more intention to increase the value and success of our interactions? By strengthening our #emotionalintelligence. As leaders, it's imperative that we not only understand and manage our own emotions but those we work with. It's a journey, and we can increase our EQ by about 25%. GENOS is a great tool I've had success with several of my coaching clients. #leadership #coaching #workplaceculture

Why is coaching becoming increasingly vital for organisations today? We asked our coaches to provide their insights on the growing impact of coaching in modern workplaces. Executive Coach Linda Aiyer, MCC, ACTC (ICF) shared with us how coaching transforms clients from a state of resistance to a heightened awareness. This helps individuals move from hesitation and reluctance, to a clear focus on their goals and a sense of being truly understood. But how do these transformative shifts benefit the team members in your organisation? #Coaching #OrganisationalGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #Leadership

We were honored to have one of our leaders, Matthew Neuberger, speak at the Sandler Conference, where he introduced the innovative RAPID COACHING methodology. When learners are embracing something new—such as the Sandler system—they face various challenges on their path from "knowing" to "owning." These challenges can include cognitive bias, fear of failure, cognitive overload, lack of perceived relevance, habitual behavior, lack of reinforcement, and overconfidence. In the session, Matt = shared valuable strategies for developing sales managers to help their teams overcome these obstacles, empowering them to adopt the Sandler process in their own unique way and drive sustained success. #SandlerTraining #SalesCoaching #Leadership #RAPIDCOACHING #SalesManagement

At 25, I was fortunate enough to work under the guidance of Area Director ian Duncan at Nationwide Building Society. Ian imparted a valuable lesson that I still hold close to my heart today - starting less and finishing more is the key to delivering change. Many of the leaders I work with are over committed. And many organisations are overcommitting their senior leaders and in turn their people. It is possible to change this; but it takes some shrewd thinking and a plan - both of which can be formed in coaching. The change begins with you deciding you want to change this. Shall we get started? Stefan #executivecoaching #coaching #leadership #mindset
