🚀 2-Stage Shredding System Processing Plant for Shredding Films and Plastic Parts We are pleased to present our high-performance 2-stage shredding system for the efficient and reliable shredding of films and plastic parts. The material to be shredded is fed into the hopper of the single-shaft shredder via large-sized conveyor belts. In the first stage, the material is pre-shredded on the Weima Type WLK 25 Super Jumbo single-shaft shredder (drive 2x 90 kW, inlet approximately 2500 x 2500 mm) to a final particle size of 30 mm. Today, let us address N Grades of Carbon Black – these are essential in improvements of rubbers, tire, coatings, and plastics. N100s: These grades happen to possess lower particle size and higher surface area meaning they can be used in high-performance tires and rubber with excellent abrasion resistance. N200s & N300s: These grades offer reasonable durability and flexibility which are important attributes for tires and rubber. They are common in the tread of passenger car tires, mechanical goods, and industrial rubber. N500s & N700s: Low surface area and larger particle size mean these grades are more effective in promoting flexibility and reducing heat generation which makes them useful in general-purpose rubber products as well as specialized applications.
