On Halloween evening, Utopia 👾 invited Guillaume and Emma to discuss AI in Enterprises. We discussed many topics such as regulations, ethics, data privacy and the skills gap in today's workforce. Emma emphasized that we should encourage people to use AI & automation in their daily lives for use cases that are pertinent and more practical as a first step towards learning. Emma's response to my question inspired me to make this tutorial on setting automation to improve focus and optimize my sleep! 🛌 What does greyscale on your phone do for you? 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Grayscale mode removes colours from the display, making the phone less visually appealing. Blue light is known to interfere with the body's natural production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles. By minimizing blue light exposure, especially in the evening hours, grayscale mode can help maintain your body's natural circadian rhythm. I've done my daily exercise. What about you? Today, an early morning walk. One of the merits of exercising is this... It gives you thinking time, to brainstorm. The majority of the people I know are maxed. They have little or no thinking time. As such, they end up doing what is in front of them. In the normal way, the one that works! However the shortcoming of this, is that 1) Being consumed by immediate tasks, typically urgent ones or ones imposed on us by others or obligations, leaves little or no time for doing what's most important - transformative things 2) Similarly, if we want to continually improve we need to tweak our approach and at times pivot! What I find is that exercising, outside, by myself, without headphones gives me incredibly powerful thinking time. It works for me, and it'll work well for you too. #innovation #esg #epm #ai #mentalhealth
