#Türkiye's updated #2035RenewableEnergyTargets. : #120GW '#SolarEnergy+ #Windpower' plus #40GW '#Hydropower+#PumpedStorageHydropower' plus #5GW #GeothermalEnergy+ #Biomass = #165GW #Renewables total As part of the “#NationalEnergyPlan” announced by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (MENR) in January 2023, #Türkiye set a target to achieve 52.9 GW of #solar and 29.6 GW of #wind energy installed capacity by 2035. However, with the release of the "#RenewableEnergyRoadmap2035" in October 2024, MENR raised its #wind and #solar energy target by 50%, aiming for approximately #120GW of installed capacity by 2035. If realized, this would quadruple Türkiye's total installed solar and wind capacity by 2035. https://lnkd.in/danRBe5f

Do you know the Nordics offer some of Europe’s lowest energy prices? It's partly thanks to the surplus of renewable power generated throughout the region. Clean energy is estimated to account for two-thirds of the overall production. The range of renewable energy produced across Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland is vast – from hydro and solar to geothermal and wind – and it's this diversification that is equally key to the success of managing high-density workloads with cost, performance, and the environment to mind. Discover more about the many benefits the Nordics offer in our Whitepaper: https://lnkd.in/e_QrJAak #atNorth #NordicDataCenters #Colocation #Efficiency
