Did some 2D animation insert for an upcoming live-action short film from a Short Film director duo based in US, last month. While most of the animation was done in keyframes and puppet tool on raster illustrations that I did on procreate. It was a challenging effort on one of the scene to try and do a quarter head turn of the evil fish, out of just raster images, which wasn't in plan, as per the storyboard approved. They asked for it after everything was completed, but I love challenging tasks. Did a traditional #framebyframe head turn on the Procreate dreams, and brought back the PNG Sequence on aftereffects and blended it so that it dont look out of place. I'd say given the planning and the stage where we did the changes, it was a successful effort. Dont forget to check the Storyboard and compare with the final output.
