Compared with the manual Rockwell hardness tester, we recommend the digital Rockwell hardness tester, because of its easy operation, automatic determination of hardness value, and in the process of use can better avoid some human error. This video we will learn about the installation process of digital Rockwell hardness tester.

PRT, RTD and transmitter calibrations require high end standards, capable technicians and low uncertainty. One way to lower uncertainties is through automated calibration. Here at American Gage, we run Fluke's MET/TEMP software which communicates with our baths and super-thermometers to eliminate the uncertainty of data collecting due to human error. MET/TEMP also does our calculations of the characterization coefficients and extrapolations for your resistance values vs temperatures, which eliminates further possible errors due to data collection/entry. The main concern with these types of probes is drift. This drift is verified with our 5901 Triple Point of Water and allows us to make that determination. Below is a Fluke 5610-9 transmitter being calibrated with our 5699 SPRT, a 1594A super-thermometer and our 7341 bath. If you're in the need of this service, we'd appreciate you giving us consideration. Our temperature range for these types of probes is -195°C to 500°C with uncertainties as low as 9mK.

Today we are discussing about EDT. # Day 10 1.EDT Bypass - * we are inserting the edt logic in the scan chain.that edt inserted logic we are giving to the tester.imagine tester is failing.so we need to validate that pattern either issue in the edt or scan.so we need bypass logic. here we need to Turn off edt logic.we need to form a single scan chain called as Daisy chain. edt bypass se=1 no edt se=0 internal chain have edt. Bypass fail > issue in the scan chain core Bypass pass > issue in the edt logic 2. what is X- masking? * In the compressor inside we get x input due to black box.it gives output x.we add AND gate one of input of AND gate we give 0 and all other inputs 2 gate should be 1.it is controlled from the decoder logic . 3. what is one hot masking? * it is used for debug purpose. it is mostly used in simulation.only one chain response at a time. 4. where to connect the clock signals for the lfsr flops? * pipe line flops and shift registers

During routine maintenance of a closed-loop control system, you measure the current loop signal from a transmitter as 12 mA. The transmitter is calibrated for a 0-100 PSI range. However, the system's display indicates a pressure reading of 75 PSI. Which of the following is the most likely cause of this discrepancy? A) The transmitter is malfunctioning and needs recalibration. B) There is a wiring issue causing a voltage drop in the loop. C) The receiving device (e.g., PLC or DCS) has an incorrect scaling setting. D) The power supply voltage to the loop is too low. Refer the below link to find the answer https://lnkd.in/gYqzpvKN
