During the largest CEO Kaizen week ever, over 70 teams and more than 1,000 employees set out to unleash FBS and unlock performance across Fortive. Each CEO Kaizen event was successful and improved our performance, allowing us to provide better customer experiences. However, we are extremely proud of our 251 Lean Conversion Team for earning the 2024 CEO Kaizen trophy in the LEAN category for the second year in a row!! Through exceptional use of FBS, teamwork, and creativity, this team doubled their units per labor hour, working more efficiently and driving performance. I’m thrilled to announce the successful completion of our recent Kaizen Event! 🎉 As a Lean Ambassador, I had the privilege of leading and participating in this transformative event focused on optimizing processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. During the Kaizen Event, we collaborated to identify areas for improvement, implement practical solutions, and track our results. A good Kaizen is "learning-by-doing", not just idea debates! :-) Such an honor to spend the CEO Kaizen week with this wonderful team that embodied the true spirit of Kaizen and drove seemingly impossible results all with in a week! Early morning starts and late night finishes seemed to charge this team even more! Advanced Sterilization Products #CEOKaizen Fortive This team displayed: 1. Humility - freed ourselves from our own minds and past experiences, and opened ourselves to learning and improving 2. Inclusion - the week was a perfect example of inclusion in the truest sense of the word, every idea counted and titles were checked at the door! 3. High Expectations - we did not lower the bar, and strived to reach the high expectations set at the beginning of the Kaizen 4. Transparency - fierce debates, aha moments, going back to the drawing board multiple times, more issues, more creative solutions.... all of this in full transparency of the entire team It was a total pleasure.
