There’s something about being part of a tribe that just speaks to us.
Whether it’s family, sports, or joining that random trivia team at the pub.
There’s a deep-seated need to feel like we belong.
We crave that sense of being in it together, working toward a shared purpose 👊🏾
And there’s no better example than grassroots sports clubs.
These clubs are where it all happens.
Maybe it's the kid who found their way off the streets and onto the local pitch.
Or the 9-to-5er looking for a bit of excitement that doesn’t involve an office chair and fluorescent lighting.
Anyone who’s played sports locally knows the vibe.
You step out there, whether it’s a field, pitch, or court:
Playing alongside your mates ↲
The intense halftime pep talk where everyone pretends to understand strategy ↲
And of course, the pint (or two) afterward to either celebrate or recover 🍻
That kind of energy?
It’s more than just a game.
It’s the glue that keeps communities strong, a mini tribe within a tribe.

6moProductive AV did not pay their subcontractors on this project. I lost my job this week due to this. Over a year waiting for payment on this and other projects they couldn’t support. We provided all of the fiber optics material and labor to help finish the horribly designed project. These guys are weak. Pro Av made one payment then nothing but excuses about his mom dying and his management team.
