We often talk about women empowerment, feminism, equality, and women's rights. But what about men? Don't they also have feelings, emotions, and the right to live? In the society we live in today, -- Why is it that men are often presumed guilty in any quarrel or fight between men and women? -- Why do we always sympathize with women but not men in such situations? -- Why are men frequently portrayed as villains in every scenario? I am not saying all men are right or that all women are wrong. But shouldn't we pause, think, and try to understand both sides before jumping to conclusions? A heartbreaking case came to light yesterday, a techie named Atul Subhash died by suicide, blaming his wife and her family in his note. He shared proof showing how they extorted them. There are many like Atul Subhash who face such exploitation, just as there are women who suffer similar injustices. Justice should not be gender biased. It should be for everyone who is suffering, regardless of gender. #justice #society #equality #life #bangalore #India #linkedin

Beyond Dreams and Vision: Rethinking Partnership Dynamics The saying "A man with a dream needs a woman with a vision" is a familiar one. It suggests men dream and women bring those dreams to life. But this reinforces gender stereotypes. Strong partnerships thrive when both people contribute their dreams and visions, regardless of gender. Imagine a team where both partners have goals and ideas. They challenge each other, brainstorm together, and support each other's ambitions. This creates a powerful dynamic that can fuel success. So, look beyond traditional roles. Find a partner who shares your excitement and offers their own perspective. Together, you can build something truly remarkable. #israelolarotimiceo #thesealconsult #ceolife #SuccessAwaits #ceoinsights #thesealworld #HelpfulTips #tscw

To quote from the article below: "Am I the only one observing this or is there really a vibe setting in that men must not look straight back at women while talking to them. This is crazy! I certainly don't bother myself with all this and talk just the same way with everyone regardless of gender." #blog #blogger #blogpost #blogging #workplaceculture #workplace #WorkplaceWellness #WorkplaceSuccess #men #women #gender #genderequality #indian #india #world

Let’s talk about the “Amplification Strategy!” It’s a strategy that was adopted by women in the Obama regime as a way of sidestepping the gender bias and ensuring that they were heard and their ideas were attributed to them! Have you ever said something at a meeting, a male colleague says the same thing after you and the next thing you know, it’s his idea? Would you amplify the voice and ideas of your female colleagues or do you feel like there is only room for one of us at the table? I’d like to hear your views if you have tried this as well. #genderbias #amplification #womenatwork #coachforfemaleexecutives #wealthcoach

For 20 years, I've navigated a male-dominated industry, striving to fit in by emulating my male counterparts. But recently, I've discovered that embracing my true self—Trudy—is the key to my success. I can be vivacious and friendly, empathetic and kind, outspoken and loquacious—all without being labeled with derogatory 'b' words. Like my male counterparts, I possess the skills necessary for success; I just happen to be in the minority as a woman. As I expand my network, my mission is to empower more women to claim their seats at the table. Let's be recognized for our talents and expertise, not our gender. Together, let's reshape the narrative and pave the way for future generations of women in business. #Authenticity #WomenInBusiness #Empowerment

You must have always heard “ किसी महान पुरुष ने कहा है ” But never heard this line “किसी महान स्त्री ने कहा है" Does this mean that there was a lack of great women in history? Absolutely not. Rather, the reason for this is that our thinking and society did not give as much importance to the contribution of women as it should have been. But, the bitter truth is that many times we women do not accept the efforts of other women. We talk about equality, but first we have to bring this change from within ourselves. Imagine, how does it feel when ...... You are running a business, and you get an email that says: “Hello Sir," This is not just a word, it reflects the mindset - that “the world of business is a man's world." Should we change this mindset? Absolutely yes! This change will start from us. Appreciate other women. Inspire each other and share opportunities. And most importantly, understand that women have a place in every field. Come on girl's ..... Think beyond government jobs. Explore new industries - tech, business, startups, art's, and everything. We will not just be a part of the change, we will be the change. Because it's time for the next time someone says - “किसी महान स्त्री ने कहा है।" Have you ever come across anything that shows gender discrimination? in your professional career? #womenEmpowerment #changethemindset #Equality #women #womenbusiness #post #business #powerofwomen

Have you ever noticed how compliments often have a gender? Why? Men are praised as powerful and courageous, while women are often called beautiful and kind. This is unfortunate 💔 It shows that society still holds onto outdated stereotypes, limiting both men and women to specific roles and qualities. 👉 Men deserve to be recognised for their kindness & beauty, just as women should be celebrated for their strength and bravery. These gendered compliments reinforce narrow definitions of what men and women can be. It's time for a change. -------- Let's break free from these stereotypes and start appreciating people for all their qualities, regardless of gender. Everyone deserves to be seen in their full humanity. Let’s celebrate the whole person, not just the parts that fit traditional moulds. Let’s make comments gender neutral. #genderequality #stereotypes #gendernorms #women

Dear Boys, I'm a feminist, what about you ??? In India, Boys have many misconceptions about feminism and it have many reasons including the misandry myth, which is the perception that feminism is motivated by antimale sentiment. These are some common misconceptions about feminism : • Feminism is anti-men • Feminism is a fight for power • Only women can be feminists • Feminism is harmful to men etc etc But it is not true, Then what's the true meaning of Feminism ??? Feminism is a movement that advocates for gender equality and aims to end sexism and oppression. It's based on social theories, political activism, and moral philosophies. Feminism is about: • Respecting the identities, experiences, knowledge, and strengths of women • Ensuring that women and girls have the same opportunities as men and boys • Achieving full gender equality in law and in practice Feminism is not just important for women but for every sex, gender, caste, creed and more. It empowers the people and society as a whole. feminism does not just benefit of women. It strives for equality of the sexes, not the superiority of women. Most importantly, it is essential for young people to get involved in the feminist movement. This way, we can achieve faster results. It is no less than a dream to live in a world full of equality.
