Having laid down a robust foundation in the last 3 years, we continue unabated toward our dream of scaling up the business at Hero Vired with relentless rigor, passion and never say die attitude! A key anchor in achieving our dream are the #learningconsultants in our sales team. They are the front line warriors who sweat it out daily and fuel our growth. As a conscious choice, we rolled out disproportionate incentives which have never been heard or seen in any industry, leave apart #edtech! While the traditional payouts varies from 0.5 to 2/3%, we have reset the entire framework to reward our LCs with incentive as high as 15%-20%!! The thought process is simple - disproportionate effort will be rewarded disproportionately! As we set the ball rolling, a quick snapshot from this month disbursals. A 5 year journey summed up in a few words! When I joined inDrive some years ago, there was not much hope or expectations, but after a few months, I was already in love with the company. At some point is inevitable to fall in love with such amazing company. I'm driven by challenge, loyalty, and impact. So I was at the right place at the right time. We all hear stories about these moments in other people's lives, and sometimes these moments are so great that they become movies, documentaries, books, and tales, being shared with the next generations. In my case, there was a huge life change and an almost perfect match with my goals, resulting in exponential career growth for years. I was a leader of such a big and great team in the Driver Operations Department and was honored to meet and work with such great people. These stories are known among us, and they are usually about heroes. Those that we see in the movies with superpowers and unbelievable skills and at the same time inside ourselves while going through a big challenge or even recognizing our weaknesses. By an irony of fate, I was once recognized in inDrive as Employer of the Year in 2022 in the whole Latam, out of thousands of employees, an incredible prize that was once also called Sinet Team Heroes. During this process, it is clear the need to take action, choices, and decide a path to be followed. And in my case, one of the most important decisions of my life was to leave inDrive. Now a great professional journey showing that my best was delivered, great results were achieved and the basement to be the number one in the ride-hailing market in Brazi is ready. I left behind a great team, in the hands of amazing managers and leaders which I was graced to hire, promote, and develop. Now in my path, I go after my projects and businesses, feeling completely proud about the history and results during these 5 years. If you still reading, thank you so much, and have a great day.
