Feeling Guilty.... Product Marketing Manager - Lancashire (hybrid) - to £50k - 12 Month Fixed term contract. Leading B2C brand in home interiors sector. Anyone else feel a little guilty recruiting for fixed term contract roles and secretly hoping some people contact you who are at risk of redundancy or have recently been made redundant...? I don't wish redundancy on anyone of course and i know I have played no part in their redundancy.. I also know that them getting a 12 month contract role is a positive thing as it gets them back into work and that is good for numerous reasons but I still feel a little guilty because the most likely way i will successfully fill the below role is from one of the above happening!
