Once a month team catch up! Grateful for our monthly onsite catch-ups with the Business Development Team and other Operations team. Remote work has empowered me to better manage my personal and professional responsibilities, especially I am dealing with back issues. It reduces stress and allows for more quality time with family, all without the hassle of commuting. #RemoteWork #WorkLifeBalance #EmployeeWellbeing

You have an incoming team invite! 💻 🌟 . The Remote Work Revolution has cost us all, those spontaneous team moments that brought us closer. Today’s Zoom wasn’t just about business—it was about laughter, sharing stories, and catching up on the little things that make us feel connected as a team. 🤟 . From funny anecdotes to heartfelt stories, these moments remind us that we’re not just colleagues; we’re a family. Cheers to the friendships we’re building, one virtual meeting at a time! Grateful for the faces on this screen that make the journey worth it. 😇 #TeamSpirit #RemoteWork #MomentsTogether #MondayBlues #RemoteJob #WFH #TeamMeetings #WingmanPartners #TeamBonding

Our team has been fully remote for 3 years and this year was the first time we introduced monthly work sessions. We were all a little worried about the change, including me! Would we be as productive? Would the commute be worth it? Here is what I have learned since doing this for 5 months. 1. You will never be as productive working together as you will be on your own at home. BUT you will be building relationships with your colleagues and that is productive for a great culture. The stronger we are, the better we do for our clients and the happier we are coming to work every week. 2. Laughter! I did not realize how funny my team was until I worked with them side by side. Laughing is truly the best medicine and it’s one of my favourite things I experience when I see them every month. I like to think I make them laugh also 😂 3. I get to see them work together and collaborate. I love watching my team solve problems together and collaborate. It’s so cool to see how far each of them have come. These are conversations I don’t hear when I’m at home. Would I go back to fully in office, NO! But I also wouldn’t take these days away either. This hybrid model gives us the human connection we need and it’s made our team stronger. #TeamCulture #WorkRemote #WorkFromHome #Office #Team #EventProfs

A lovey coffee catch up with Bridget Holder today. I always worry that remote workers miss out on the spontaneous coffee chats that happen in the office so its super important to me to keep the human connection alive ! Casual conversations are where I think some of the best ideas emerge and where knowledge is shared in a relaxed, pressure-free setting. I think it is important as it boosts morale and reminds us that we’re all in this together, even when we’re far apart. #coffeedates #remoteworkers #remote #teamwork #teammates #recruitmentlife #worklifebalance

Cheers to trust 🥂 As I close a week of remote work, I can only reflect and be thankful I’m in a position where I’m trusted to work independently. Because if you don’t trust a person to work remote or in home office do you really have more trust in them at the office? At the end of the day, trust is key to unlocking a balanced and happy work life for both sides. ..and now I’m refreshed and excited to go to the office and catch up with my colleagues on Monday ✨🫶🏽 #worklifebalance #influencermarketing #brandmarketing #remotework

Here's a tip that can make communication so much simpler and easier for you and your remote team: Stay online! 🟢 📌 Staying online during work hours doesn't mean you are checking your phone instead of working, it just means colleagues can reach out to you and you'll respond. Staying online (even if you are not actively checking your phone, just letting know your team you are available) it's enough to make communication during work hours a lot easier and smoother for everyone. #inimble #inimbleteam #tips #worksmart #remotework #teamwork #staffingagency
