A few months ago, I was working with a company that was struggling to hit its sales targets. They had a solid product, great marketing, and plenty of leads coming in, but when it came time to close the deal, something just wasn’t clicking. They were stuck in a cycle of near-misses and lost opportunities, and their frustration levels were growing. I suggested I help them bring in a closer—a top-tier professional with the training needed to turn things around. Not only that, I audited their sales process and we changed their offer as well. Within a few weeks, the results were staggering. Deals that had been stuck in their pipeline suddenly started moving forward. The sales team was energized, learning from this closer's techniques and adapting their own strategies. By the end of the quarter, their close rate had tripled, and their revenue had shot up accordingly.
