Back in September, we had the pleasure of working with first time exhibitor 𝐂𝐍 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 at PPMA Show, NEC. Whilst our main objective is always to… ✅ design/build a stand within budget ✅ to attract/engage visitors and ✅ hit client show objectives ...𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞, 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 💡. During the last day of the build, we encountered multiple delays due to illness at the onsite service desks. We’ve all been there, a simple early morning handover evolves into a long site day. The back up plan for the back up isn’t possible and a workaround is necessary. CN Engineering had every hope that we would deliver but having never previously worked with us, they had to trust that our tenacity, experience and communication would prevail. I am pleased to say that it did. Let’s be honest, as an exhibitor, the set up and pre show planning can be a drain of your resources. After all the pre-show work, it’s easy to lose sight of the end goal when you're feeling tired before the show has begun. This can't be said for Nathan Bennett of CN Engineering who was raring to hit the show floor...always positive and a joy to speak with, thank you Nathan, your clients must feel your enthusiasm and expertise in waves. 🎯 So what about the results? I received this message on the last day of the show - "𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐈’𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬! Quick info on how to set up a booth at a virtual online trade show on the platform Atexpo.online: If you have reserved a booth at a virtual event hosted on the platform “Atexpo.online”, log in on the page of the event and open a “Booth panel” from the menu. In the Booth Panel, select the name of the event. Populate the booth with information: upload your logo, add your company's social networks, choose a booth design and a background image, and upload banners. You have the option to upload a pre-made banner or to take a photo, crop it immediately, and use it as your banner. Add your presentations in PDF format and include links to YouTube videos. If your booth will be represented by multiple people, add representatives. After finishing your booth edits, review the booth and submit a validation request to the event organizer. Await the organizer's validation of your booth. Once your booth has been validated, proceed to the "Publish the Booth" page. Here, you can either pay for the booth's publication or publish it using a promo code provided by the event organizer. Your published booth will be accessible to all visitors once the event begins. After the event ends, registration of new visitors will cease, but your booth will remain accessible to registered visitors for an additional 30 days. It's advisable to regularly visit the "Visitors" page in the booth panel, even after the event has ended, to view the list of new visitors to your booth. Visit the "Statistics" page to get an overview of the event's dynamics, including the most active exhibitors and visitors. We also recommend you to fill out your business card with information for effective networking and utilize the virtual portfolio to save the event outcomes. Promote your booth, monitor statistics, communicate with visitors, and achieve success!

Looking to save some marketing costs on your next out of town trade show? Have you thought about printing your marketing materials locally at the city your event will be at? This could be a great way to save money on shipping costs but it does come with some drawbacks: -The local vendor might not be tried and tested yet -You now have to physically pick up these new materials which would add to an already tight schedule -Not every good printing company could be close to the convention center, thus you end up paying for shipping or transportation all over again Every show is different and each one has different logistical challenges to overcome. Look for companies with a good reputation and products that meet your needs. Set Goals: Know what you’re looking for—specific products, technologies, or price points. This helps you focus your search. Engage with Exhibitors: Ask questions about their products, production processes, and after-sales service. Good suppliers will be knowledgeable and responsive.
