Did you know that beneath the visible images of works of art, such as paintings and icons, there often lie hidden images? 🎨🖼️ Icon painters frequently painted new images over previous ones that had lost their brightness or were damaged over time. Antique icons may contain multiple layers from different centuries, and painters sometimes left hidden images as different versions of the composition or entirely new pictures. These hidden layers can be key proofs of a painting's authenticity during examination. 🔍 For restoration and authentication purposes, it is critically important to have non-destructive tools that analyze the structure and composition of the paint layers. 🛠️ Various physical and chemical research methods diagnose damage, reveal the structure and number of layers, and identify the chemical composition of paints. This information helps determine authorship and methods of restoration. For example, the painting by Vincent Van Gogh, "Floral Still Life with Poppies and Roses," underwent X-ray analysis due to doubts about its authenticity. The X-ray revealed an underlying layer with another painting of two men. This hidden image was mentioned in the correspondence between Van Gogh and his brother, confirming the still life’s authenticity. 🎨🌟 While IR and UV scanning can sometimes be used, methods based on X-ray technology are the most effective, versatile, and safe ways to "see" inside the coloring layers, separating one from another and revealing hidden images. 🌟✨ #innovations #xray #art #paintings

————————————————————— #IMPORTANT I’m not available to those who do not support me. ♦. I’m leaving his network IMMEDIATELY 👌 “The ART as a MIRACLE “ ▪️. Throughout time, man has felt the need to immortalize what he believed to be beautiful throughout his entire existence. Everyone agrees with sculpture, painting, graphics (miniature, pastel, engraving, engraving, etching, mezzotinto, linocut, book illustration, etc.), decorative arts (ceramics, jewelry, art glass, etc.). Others add photography, film and computer graphics, animation, textile art, installations, video art, fashion art, comics, caricature, collage, take-off drawing (hmmm), design, graphic design, cartoons, graffiti, tattoos and even typography. Things’re complicated by the fact that there is a lot of diversity within. For example, it is not easy to accept that they are part of the same art: "The Last Supper" by Leonardo da Vinci or “Black Square” by Kazimir Malevich. This is why, the works of fine art’ve been conventionally registered in various currents, styles and trends: Mannerism, Baroque, Classicism, Academicism, Realism, Romanticism, Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, Abstractionism, Futurism, Incoherent Arts , vorticism, Precisionism, lyrical abstractionism, situationism, postminimalism, algorithmic art, stuckism, superstroke, toyism, etc. ▪️. The today’s question is that: - it’s hardly to paint like Rembrandt or sculpt like Rodin ? We don't want or can't anymore ? 👌. That is the question… ▪️. Anyway, it doesn't more matter, because, “Thank GOD” there's room for everyone and everything and the ultimate criterion of appreciation is aesthetic and emotional pleasure. . . .

Unique, rare, one-of a-kind. Is there inherent value in something unique?? The silversword is unique, rare and endangered. Conservation and protection is given to it. There are 8,000,000,000 people on Earth. We all have unique fingerprints, handprints, facial features and brainprints. Yes, each one of us has areas in our brain of concentrated neural connections, a brain print so to speak. Every human is inherently unique, one of a kind. So maybe, we should conserve and protect those around us as the unique, rare being that they are, as they are. Keep smiling 🌞. Most of my artworks are One-of a kind originals that I certify that it will be unique and do not printed. Haleakala Sunrise, 16x16 gallery wrap canvas 1.5in profile, multi layer fluid acrylic. Unveiling my latest paintings, the diptych ‘Para Bellum Si Vis Pacem’. Limited edition prints are available to order now at link in bio for the next two weeks only. These paintings are 3ft x 5ft (91cm x 152cm) each, oil on birch wood. The text up top is custom designed typography screen printed by hand onto the paintings using oil-based ink. One piece, “Para Bellum”, is of the Roman goddess of war, Bellona. The other piece, “Si Vis Pacem”, is of the Roman goddess of peace, Pax. The Romans had an expression “Si vis pacem para bellum”, which means, “if you want peace, prepare for war.” In other words, you have to fight for your rights, freedom, and peace. As an American, there are many things that have been changing over a period of several decades. I’ll go more into detail on my thoughts here in future posts, but it’s plain to see if you notice, for example, how many of our tax dollars we’re sending to fund war crimes conducted by foreign nations while our domestic infrastructure crumbles. Or just how wealthy members of congress get despite having humble salaries. Or how regulatory agencies look the other way if giant corporations lobby them enough. And so on. Illustration * Face * 001 Cambra Costa's work, titled "Face * 001", presents a black and white illustration of a face with strong and expressive features. The technique used suggests a gestural style, with marked lines and shading that give depth and intensity to the image. The expression on the portrayed face conveys a sense of introspection and emotion. The exhibition context in a modern gallery with targeted lighting further highlights the strength of the work, creating a significant visual impact. The choice of a minimalist background helps to focus the viewer's attention on the portrait, allowing a detailed appreciation of the artist's strokes and technique. Overall, it is a thought-provoking piece that captures the complexity of human expressions, demonstrating technical skill and a clear artistic vision. #CCGROUP #BeautifulEnterprise #since2020 #cca #cambracostaartwork #cambracosta #art #new

I asked an artist: "How do you create an artwork?" He replied: "In a painting is everything in relationships. Everything is connected." Relationships are the life force that articulates artistic elements into complex visual content and perceptual tension. Creating such a painting is often intuitive and requires significant technical knowledge, creative vision, and emotional depth. The artist combines his technical skills with inner vision and feelings to create a work that communicates on multiple levels. What does this have to do with us? The wisdom of interpersonal relationships, as reflected in art, teaches us the importance of empathy, understanding, and respect. Art helps us recognize and appreciate the diversity of human experiences and encourages us to engage more compassionately with others. It enables deep introspection and understanding of the complexity of human nature and relationships. Art is a mirror that reflects our emotions, thoughts, and experiences while helping us explore different perspectives and understandings. Lastnight art practise - For many years doing CAD my work has been been all about precision and 'getting it accurate'. This has been fine (to a certain amount) - precision and accuracy can effect creativity arty-farty-ness. With this in mind I'm trying to look at Impressionism - trying to give an approximation of what is where. Now I'm sure all you art purists will be not like my wording for 'impressionism' and I apologies. Anyway, this piece of work was inspired by an image I saw online and I just wanted to try out a few different techniques. Please let me know what you think good or bad. I'm proud of it. I know started to get into the freedom of 'approximation'. #cadgeek #painting #pens #impressionist #art #bringingvisiontolife #kingofpostitnotes
