When it comes to the way of working on the transmission of small loaders, in addition to the overall layout, it is actually important to explore the way of rotating bucket organization, it is because small loaders rely on the mechanical energy of the lifting mechanism to grant the loader to promote the bucket into the raw material pile, therefore, the boom and its lifting organization are different, there is not much to explore. Early crawler loaders had long links and short arms. The rotating bucket organization has many universities, although everyone is common is the Z-shaped mechanical structure, also known as the rotating six mechanical structure, but there are many other ways. We know that the early selection of hydraulic machine working on the device of the small loader is in fact crawler loader, at that time due to the choice of chain rail tractor as the chassis of the car, subject to many restrictions, usually choose the way of turning 7 links. In short, positive rotation means that the rotation orientation of the arm is the same as that of the bucket, and the rotation is opposite. The same is the forward 7 connecting rod, and there are many differences in the cylinder layout. After the emergence of wheeled small loaders, due to the diesel engine rear-mounted, front-end development of the working device space is large, subject to the binding ratio of space is much smaller, so there are a variety of mechanical structures, the most common is the positive 8 connecting rod. There are some defects in the way of positive rotation, when the boom lift is used, the mechanical structure can not promote the horizontal movement of the bucket, and the bucket cylinder must be appropriately coordinated with each other, in addition, the organization is too complex. Some devices must turn the bucket cylinder small cavity to feed oil when the bucket is raised, and the energy is obviously inferior to the large cavity. Typically, there are code C and code E used at the pavement airport especially at apron and taxiway/taxilane. What exactly is the meaning of these code both codes and what is the difference between them? Here are the details: Code C : Code C is designated for medium-sized aircraft. These aircraft typically include narrow-body jets and smaller regional aircraft 🛩. Code E : Code E is designated for large aircraft. These aircraft include wide-body jets and other large commercial aircraft.✈. The difference between these codes are the thickness of layer of the pavement. -For example, for rigid pavement of apron, both codes have the same the layer of the pavements which are: concrete, base (cement-treated base (CTB)), subbase (drainage layer) and subgrade. But, the difference is apron of code E have high volume of thickness of the concrete layer compared to apron at code C. -And as for taxiway/taxilane, they are using flexible pavement which consist of asphaltic concrete (AC), bituminous stabilized base, base (CTB), subbase (drainage layer) and subgrade. The difference is, the taxiway/taxilane of code E have high volume of thickness of the CTB layer compared to taxiway/taxilane at code C. These codes ensure that taxiways and taxilanes are appropriately designed and maintained to safely facilitate the movement of different aircraft types within the airport environment.
