That's what really defines heritage. Everybody that's here is here because of the tremendous financial opportunity and the opportunity to grow within an organization that's growing. And that's really what we hope to attract. That's what keeps us all here is that that opportunity is ever growing. I told him from the get go, I'm gonna knock this out of the park. Don't tell me I can't because I will to prove to the guys that a woman can do it. I'm Megan Harris. I've been with Heritage Construction for a little over a year. I started training in Austin for about two weeks at the beginning of the year. From there I hit the ground running. I'm no longer a stay at home mom. Now I provide 150% for my family working for Heritage. It's a whole family effort and it's a passion of mine. So this past year, which was my first year, I was awarded for being the top sales out of the entire company, a new truck, and I picked a 2500 Chevy ZR2. It's very rewarding and it's awesome to work for an amazing company. They lead from the front, not from the back, and they're there 100% of the time, no matter the question, no matter the time, no matter the day. It's not just coworkers, their family. It's a very goal driven industry and if you don't have goals, you will fail. It's very important. Set goals and make sure that you reach those goals to be successful. When you can check all the boxes and you're good to go, it's a good feeling. Never in a million years did I think I'd be driving that truck to my dream truck, and I earned it with hard work.
