Management's reliability (more often than not, they decide your car allocation--hence point number 1) 3. Brand (potential customers most of the time are bias toward certain brands) 4. Payment (find out how long it takes for commission payout--some take months so be prepared financially) 5. Commission structure (best to find out early on so that you can forecast your income) 6. Location (some cars--EVs for example--may not have a strong presence in less-developed areas so it is harder to generate sales) 7. Working hours (some require full time commitment, some don't.
