If you're considering what your talent acquisition career options might look like you should watch this. More diverse and interesting routes are developing every year. #RecruiterEnablement is fast emerging. When I started studying this subject there were around 100 people dedicated to enabling recruiters in #TalentAcquisition teams. Today there's over 400 so while it's still not a huge population, it's growing rapidly. I've interviewed several people about their journeys into enablement roles and Cat Symons gave me a great overview of her route from recruiter to enablement.
