The only way to find out is to set your sights high and go for it. WIFPSA is here to support you every step of the way. We offer a community of empowered women who share your drive and ambition. We provide career growth platforms to help you develop the skills you need to succeed. And most importantly, we believe in you and your ability to achieve incredible things. Higher education should focus solely on merit, academic grades, and community achievements… institutions receiving Federal funding will need to employ diversity tools 🧰 otherwise they shouldn’t be allowed to benefit from federal funding. Companies will in the long run continue to discriminate based on colonial biases for reasons of their own. Those companies receiving federal tax subsidies and fundings should employ diversity tools 🧰 otherwise they shouldn’t be allowed to benefit from federal funding.

IT'S A WINNING WEDNESDAY with the WORD. Yesterday I mentioned that I would share about the group that has been developed from the Power Networking Experience and Expo (PNEx) How does this tie to it being a winning Wednesday with the word? I'm glad you asked! From the PNEx we have begun a group of 25 Powerful women, ready to soar under the mentorship of the phenomenal Alex Johnson Boone who will mentor us as we establish our signature conferences and retreats. These will be more than just events—but transformational experiences where persons will come to learn, grow, and support each other. With Alex’s mentorship, teaching, and guidance, we are undoubtedly on the path to victory, WINNING, both personally and professionally. As we come together as a community, let us be reminded of the wisdom found in Proverbs 13:20: “Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.” By surrounding ourselves with the wisdom of our mentors and elders, we are being guided towards success and excellence in our endeavors. our group is embracing this journey! and I pray others are coming together in collaborations, in community, and with mentorship, growing, and continually becoming the best versions of themselves. i.e. Let's WIN TOGETHER!💪🏽💖 What is one piece of advice you’ve already received that has inspired you? Share below and let’s inspire one another! 📚✨ It truly is a WINNING WEDNESDAY -- and WIth the WORD! #WinningWednesday #PowerNetworking #MentorshipMatters #CommunityOfWinners
