By strengthening interdepartmental collaboration, we can create a comprehensive response to HIV prevention, treatment, and care. Key Strategies: Integrated Health Services: Combine public health, medical, and social services for holistic care. Community Engagement: Partner with local organizations and leaders to tailor interventions. Education and Awareness: Promote HIV awareness and reduce stigma through educational initiatives. People matters. Across Europe limited information exists about the continuum of care for migrants impacted by HIV. With an estimated 300,000 people migrating to Europe in 2023 (IOM), this is a significant problem in measuring achievement and taking action to get us one step closer to the 2025 UNAIDS goal that 90% of migrants should have access to comprehensive HIV services. At #HIVGlasgow, had the pleasure to talk to Denis Onyango, programme director Africa Advocacy Foundation – about the THRIVE Project which investigated the causes, outcomes and recommendations to tackle intersectional inequality in HIV care among underserved populations in Europe. The Global Stigma Index Report sheds light on the ongoing challenges faced by people living with HIV worldwide. Results indicate a significant gap in achieving the Global AIDS Strategy goal by 2025, with more than 10% still experiencing stigma and discrimination. This underscores the critical need for continued efforts to combat internalized and external HIV-related stigma, especially among key populations. The report serves as a crucial baseline for ongoing monitoring and policy shaping to drive impactful change at a global level. GNP+ remains dedicated to its mission by collaborating with HIV networks to advocate for improved quality of life for all individuals living with HIV. Through community-led research and resource provision, GNP+ empowers communities to lead the change for global advocacy. Let's prioritize #Local4Global initiatives and ensure #CommunitiesFirst to truly #LeaveNoOneBehind! #CommunitiesAtTheCenter
