EXCEL is a non-profit making subsidiary of HKAPA. PROGRAMME MANAGER Report to the General Manager, the Programme Manager will supervise and collaborate with the Programme team members to ensure effective planning, budgeting, marketing, and delivery of EXCEL's programmes. The Programme Manager will also manage and oversee the accredited programmes while adhering to standard operating procedures, rules and regulations, and maintaining good corporate governance. Additionally, the Programme Manager will initiate new programme development through market analysis and research, budget planning, and proposal drafting. The ideal candidate should possess leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead a small programme team. They should also maintain and foster strategic partnerships with external institutions, government departments, and all stakeholders, including tutors and students. Applicants should meet the following criteria: Hold a university degree in business, arts management, or a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of programme management experience. Possess strong organisational skills, interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various parties. Demonstrate proficiency in time management and multitasking to meet deadlines. Have a good command of project management tools and database management skills. Exhibit the ability to guide and coach team members and staff. Possess knowledge of performing arts and have experience in performance production is an advantage. Exhibit excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills, with proficiency in Mandarin. Terms of Appointment: The appointment will be on a two-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. The salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
