It‘s time to celebrate! 🏆 We are joining forces with our digital workforce! We often tend to be overwhelmed by our work challenges… new regulatory topics, process challenges, digital hurdles … way too many topics at the same time. No matter where you look, a million tasks waiting for you. You finish one while you get two new ones. Frustrating sometimes. Thus, it is even more important to enjoy success! Hold your breath for a moment and reflect on what has been achieved! Today was such a moment! In our team, we jointly defined our key milestones, our „lighthouse projects“, with each team member having his/her own. Quite big projects actually that drive our Procurement transformation. Last week, we accomplished the first one. Our first Procurement robot went live: Mr Excelsius has joined the team to support us in analysis and communication tasks! We are super proud! The concept of educating a purchaser to become a robot programmer was a test run, a new step in the continuous digitalization of Ergo Procurement. An adventure we totally believed in from day 1. The go-live has proven us right! All congratulations go out to Simone Kolbe ! Phantastic achievement! It shows again, that it is more than worth to believe in your own development and capabilities. Things that seemed to be impossible just a few months before have now become reality. ❤️ And the next completed lighthouse projects are just around the corner 🏆

Prior to Bravura, I had 6-7 different companies which all had success in their own way, but none were largely successful and in many cases ended in complete failure. After each failure I would learn how to come back bigger and better, however, never did I think that I could reach the heights that my partner jace cunnane and I have reached. So, after a year of being in business I wanted to take some time to reflect on some things I’ve learned along the way. Networking is the key to success in any industry, and I’ve found that the utilization of old and new connections is a large part of our success at Bravura. Fostering new and unique relationships, especially with those who are like-minded, helps lay down the stepping stones towards success. Resource management is also vital for any business, whether that be how you allocate your funds, utilize your assets, or manage manpower, all are so important towards longevity. Allocating funds properly is much easier in the beginning, however at scale you run into issues like overspending which I had never imagined to ever be an issue. Manpower management and being able to properly manage your employees is another skill that does not come overnight. Being able to properly manage your relationships whilst maintaining success can prove to be a difficult task, but this task’s success is vital for the growth of the overall business. Finding people to outsource to and training people to do your job is part of the beauty of starting your own business. Being a good leader and teacher is important in this regard, lack of this gives your business a lower ceiling thus holding you back from your business’s full potential. Finally, after being in the social media space for almost a decade, I’ve come to realize the sheer power of media. Your life can be changed overnight by just one post. That being said, I am so thankful to be given the opportunity and the ability to master social media. I cannot wait to see what the rest of the year has in store for our journey towards success here at Bravura.

Smashed our Q1 goals & feeling great! Yesterday was one of the most mentally relaxing days of this year so far BECAUSE we closed the books on March 2024 and the quarter. My business partner Khaled Ismaeel sent message "We've booked BD XXXX in sales in the first quarter of 2024 alone, which is 68% of what we did in 2023 and 50% of what we did in 2022! This is fantastic! Even if we maintain a consistent pace, even if it's smaller than Q1, this year will be a record year for us." I must say, It was not easy: Learned new skills, Pushed my limits, Felt overstressed, At some points, I almost cried, Laughed a lot, Multitasked, and much more. Overall, it's been a crazy ride, but most importantly, I enjoyed every moment of it. Now the question is: Who made all this possible? I believe it wasn't just my self-confidence, but the trust of the people I worked with played a huge role. I'm grateful to have amazing clients and partners who support me. Special shout-out and big thanks to Havier, Katia, Gokul, Aakash, Shan, Kaushal, Preethi, Rajiv, Vishnu, Anjana and all of our vendors for continuously supporting us, making this happen. With their support we serve our clients with the best products and services, month in and month out. Looking forward to seeing what the rest of the year brings!
