I studied industrial engineering, spent three years living in Mexico, and gained experience in direct sales of CNC machine tools before starting as a Sales Manager at DN Solutions on June 1, 2024. Heading to Fukushima tonight where our plant is located. One of businesses that I support has a product manufactured in Fukushima. They say our plant is the best plant in Fukushima (not in Japan) so let’s see what all the fuss is about. Going on site makes your work a lot easier to understand the business, needs, staff through actually seeing people and operations in person. Our company values “Gemba Visit” embedded in the company culture-it’s how we rolll. Next up, I’m going to accompany sales representative going to clients for business discussions. Can’t wait to see how clients use and happy with our products!
