Technology is changing the face of Logistics.

Some may dismiss love and unity as impractical or insufficient for addressing complex problems, but this perspective often overlooks their deeper purpose. These ideals are not about avoiding conflict or difficult truths; instead, they provide a framework for engaging with those truths in ways that build bridges rather than deepening divides. When we view love and unity as foundational rather than superficial, we can better appreciate their potential to foster meaningful dialogue, inspire collective action, and create lasting change. Yummy Creativity. I have seen different foods done this way and fun to watch. I call it AI enabled creativity. I had to check up RART and I learnt something new. There are other abbreviations with RART but this one is RART - Digital - CREATING BEYOND THE ORDINARY. These words on their Instagram handle say it all. 'Your Vision, Your Story: Through Graphic AI and artistic finesse...' 'Let's take creativity to new heights. By integrating Graphic AI into the artistic process, the synergy between human creativity and artificial intelligence results in visuals that are both imaginative and impactful.' Did you know technology and traditional knowledge have something in common? They both take creativity to knew heights.

Love this! As leaders of teams we need to ask ourselves two things: 1. How do we role model authenticity & create spaces of safety that people can be themselves in whilst maintaining collective goals? 2. How do we coach individuals to be themselves, bringing their unique gifts and talents to the table? The benefits are individual wellbeing & collective output, when we get it right. 😂 While this meme gave me a good chuckle, it sparked my curiosity about the psychology behind how we choose to sign off our emails. 🤔 I’ve noticed that some folks skip sign-offs altogether, relying on their pre-populated signatures to convey their message. As for me, my email sign-offs have evolved over time. For a while, I stuck with simple options like "Thank you" or "Best regards." As a founder, I often used “In partnership.” Currently, I tend to favor “Kindly” or “Warmly,” as I believe it’s essential to express compassion and care, especially in these challenging times.
