They're all about balance, protein, fats, carbs, getting enough of each. But the right kind. It's fueling your body. The right way, not punishing it. I'm curious about that, actually. They dove into the why behind each of those, didn't they? Like, protein isn't just protein. It does specific stuff for weight loss. Yeah. Yeah, they did. So protein, they said it helps you feel fuller for longer. Which think about it, when you're trying to manage calories, that's huge, right? You're less likely to snack between meals. I feel like fats sometimes get a bad rap though. What was their take on that? Their pro healthy fats for sure. Plus they help you feel satisfied after a meal, kind of like protein. It's about choosing those good fats though, you know, like avocados, nuts, olive oil, that kind of thing. Gotcha. And then carbs. I feel like that's a whole other deep dive, honestly, but what was the gist of it? They kept it pretty straightforward. Basically, they emphasized the importance of. OK, so we've talked about the what the protein, the fats, all that. But what about the when they had some thoughts on cravings, right? Like those late night snack attacks? Yeah, they went there. And it goes back to what we were saying about decision fatigue. When you're tired, stressed, your willpower just kind of crumbles, right? So they're big on planning ahead for those moments, having healthy snacks prepped, that kind of thing. Exactly. I could see that. And that actually ties into another point they made, how meal planning saves time and stress in general. Right, totally. It's like having a road map.
