In speaking with our customers, they’ve tried a host of solutions to make desk spaces “work” in hybrid work: patchwork tools like wayfinding services and reservation hardware. These state-of-the-art Microsoft Teams Rooms are equipped with 65” and 85” Yealink Meeting Boards, providing staff and partners with modern training facilities, smart whiteboards with writing functions, 4K cameras, and crystal-clear speakers. #transformation In our shared offices within the Family Hubs, along with NHS and VCFSE partners, we provide fast and efficient Wi-Fi connectivity. Each hot desk is equipped with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, supporting a hybrid workplace setting. Partner organisations supply their own laptops. Staff and partners also have access to either MFD or Deskjet printing devices. #connecting #relationships We are introducing an in-house electronic sign-in solution to complement our electronic room booking system. Has anyone customized their WFH mic setup for meetings? I relocated my home office and now my headphone's boom mic picks up family noises in my meetings and I am looking for a solution. It seems that condenser mics like the Blue Yeti and HyperX Quadcast are really meant for quiet background environments, so I have been exploring these dynamic mic options which seem like should limit the pickup of background noise: 1) Shure MV7+ podcast mic with Voice Isolation Technology https://lnkd.in/g-pHBxpT 2) Shure SM58 + MVX2U Vocal Microphone + Digital Audio Interface so I can avoid having a mic amplifier https://lnkd.in/gmWzmHiK https://lnkd.in/gfeMQ9aU Does anyone have experience with either of these? Or suggestions on a good background noise avoiding audio setup for under $300? My corporate laptop is a Lenovo running Windows and I use a Logitech C920 webcam for video. I connect to a 4K monitor which the C920 sits on and KB and mouse via a USB hub. I use a set of noise cancelling headphones via a wired connection (but could move to BT if I had a separate mic).
