How did we do in Quarter 2… 🎯 We are feeling positive and ready to draw a line under some of our goals, ready for Q3! ✔️ 🎯 We achieved 60% of the goals set. We’re not perfect and sometimes we don’t hit them all. However, if we did… they maybe wouldn’t stretch us enough! One of the goals we didn’t achieve was due to a business decision made to change strategy on finding deals. We are okay with this as the new goal has shown success and that is key 🔑 🎯 13% are underway and due to complete in the next few weeks! 👍🏼 That will give us a higher success rate again and fall into Q3. 🎯 27% of the goals we set, did not happen… YET! These are a mixture of property/ self and house goals. Reflecting on these will help us set new goals or progress on with the ones set, leading to feeling accomplished! 😊 Q3… let’s be having you! 💪🏼 Do you set goals?

Today, we had our annual field visit – a fantastic opportunity for our team to meet someone from outside our office and connect with best practices they may not have heard of before. As a business owner, it's invaluable for our team to hear new perspectives and learn from others. Watching our team engage today rekindled a joy in my business that was truly heartwarming. Seeing them light up when validated by an outsider, feeling the surge of confidence, and witnessing their dedication to ensuring every client and customer receives a 5-star experience was absolutely delightful. As business owners, finding joy in our business can be a daily pursuit. While we strive to recognize our team members and their contributions, there's something uniquely special when someone inside our extended support team acknowledges and validates their efforts too. So, what can you do to light up your team and ensure they feel inspired and validated every day? What can you do today, or tomorrow, to let your team know that they are appreciated and that they are doing a great job? And how can this increase your joy in your business?

It's May 1 and Micky so kindly reminded our team we're 1/3 of the way through the year 🤯 A good chance to pause, reassess, and keep moving forward. The current task ⬇️ Rearrange workloads and make room for additional clients. Easier said than done. In fact, my job today feels different than it did this time last month. It's a good thing, it means we're growing. The process is an adjustment for everyone, but when the 1/2 mark rolls around, this task will be sorted (🤞🏻) and we'll move on to the next. It's a never-ending cycle when you're part of a growing business. What a great challenge.
