A genuine enthusiasm for the product and service makes sales more fulfilling and effective. You can't sell what you don't believe in! 3️⃣ Sales Support and Training: Does the company invest in its sales team? Access to comprehensive training and strong support systems can significantly impact your performance. 4️⃣ Compensation Structure: Make sure the comp structure aligns with your financial goal. Is the pay uncapped? Will it allow you the financial security you need to focus on your craft and not your wallet? 5️⃣ Career Growth Opportunities: Seek opportunities for advancement. Whether it’s through leadership roles or skill development, look for a path that aligns with your ambitions.
