Rethinking IoT: Long-Range Connectivity Meets Scalability The latest advancements in Z-Wave technology, like Shelly’s new IoT devices, are game-changers. With a range of up to a mile and the ability to support 4,000 devices, these innovations solve critical challenges in scalability and connectivity—especially for commercial applications. This reminds me of a project I led, optimizing IoT systems to reduce energy usage in a large facility. One of the biggest hurdles was maintaining reliable connections across vast spaces. Technology like Z-Wave LR would have made that process seamless and more efficient. As IoT evolves, I’m excited to see how innovations like these reshape smart building automation. What are your thoughts on Z-Wave’s potential for commercial ? https://lnkd.in/eSp7y9GC
