I Corinthians 16:13-14 Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love. Jeramiah 17:7 “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. "It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives - It's what we do consistently" Be a blessing not a burden to others. We all have emotions and feelings. We need to manage our emotions and not let them control us. Make the decision that every day is going to be a good day. Don't be ruled by your emotions. Stability and consistency with positive attitudes are key to having great relationships and great opportunities. Take responsibility of your emotions - do your part to keep a peaceful atmosphere in your home. Be disciplined in what you think about - learn to shake of negative thoughts. Develop your character - Be steady, consistent, and immovable! Stay stable even in hard times- Cheer up, keep your peace, have the attitude that you are going to enjoy each day.

There are five key areas that can lead to real change in our lives: 1. challenge, 2. compassion, 3. courage, 4. care, and 5. knowing when to concede. When we shift our focus in these areas, the Lord will do amazing things in and through us. It’s all about having the courage to grow, the compassion to love, and the strength to face challenges. Let’s trust God and make these shifts! 🤍💙 📲 Watch the full sermon at: https://lnkd.in/gttf9dhP

Pray for Perspective All I'm doing right now, friends, is showing how these things pertain to Apollos and me so that you will learn restraint and not rush into making judgments without knowing all the facts. It's important to look at things from God's own point of view. 1st Corinthians 4:6 If a temporary loss of perspective has left you worried, exhausted, or both, it's time to readjust your thought patterns. Negative thoughts are habit-forming: thankfully, so are positive ones. With practice, you can form the habit of focusing on God's priorities and your own possibilities. When you do, you'll soon discover that you will spend less time fretting about your challenges and more time praising God for His gifts. When you call upon the Lord and prayerfully seek His will, He will give you wisdom and perspective. When you make God's priorities your priorities, He will direct your steps and calm your fears. So today and every day hereafter, pray for a sense of balance and perspective. And remember: no problem is too big for God- and that includes yours.

Do more than make noise. Make it joyful in ways that serve God and not just myself, all the while knowing who created whom so I will praise Him, thank Him and speak well of Him in the presence of others all the while remembering God’s goodness, mercy and truth which will outlive myself and all others for that is how great God is!!! In the previous article, we analyzed the context in which God placed the symbol of the rainbow to understand that God is a just judge who punishes sin and does not turn a blind eye, but also a merciful God who chooses to forgive. Today, we will look at two more wonderful realities that we learn from the rainbow: one is the reason we can enjoy divine mercy, and the other is the consequence. https://lnkd.in/d2tivp8C

Can you pinpoint the moment God turned your life around? 🤔 God can completely change our lives, and how often do we take that power for granted? Acknowledging His blessings can strengthen us against temptation when it tries to creep back in and it can remind us of exactly how powerful God is! 🙌🏾 📲 Watch the full sermon here: https://lnkd.in/efXjhvg6
