Promoting mental health takes a team effort. Immediately after the program on mental health for staff, the next day was filled with exhibitions, activity booths, and a forum with experienced advocators involving undergraduate students. It was comforting to have someone give an input to the audience on #mentalhealth other than myself. It's not about the #prestige nor #recognition. As long as the message is accepted by the audience, that's all that matters.... Plus, having more people #advocate for mental health, the sooner we will have a #flourishing society. #healthpromotion

There is no health without mental health. Let's break the stigma around mental health and make a positive difference for everyone. The EU is: 💡 Investing €11 million to identify gaps and build capacity with WHO/Europe, along with launching a €9 million for multidisciplinary training. 🏫 Publishing new guidelines to address wellbeing and mental health of young people and teachers at school.
