Half a year has flown by, and I'm happy with how productive it's been! I challenged myself this year to dive deeper into reading, and I've been making steady progress with my reading list. Getting started was perhaps the hardest part, but once the routine was established, everything kind of just fell into place. Biggest lesson for me has been not to dwell on the 'what ifs' or wait for the better moment. If there's something you're passionate about or a goal you want to achieve, taking that initial step is crucial. The process refines itself as you go along, and over time, small and consistent efforts will lead to significant progress. We present April's #visionboard in the middle of the month because our slogan for April is #slowdown. We are slowing down. We take a sensitive look at our online activities. We check what ventures we are sending our energy into, whether they are close to our values and conducive to growth. Where we want to be, what we want to do and what we want to focus on. The good at work always comes back. However, you can very quickly fall into the trap of quantity at the expense of quality. This is why we enter into new collaborations with special care and respect for our resources. This allows us to slow down so that we can blossom again immediately.
