I t's really enlightening. And it's also good to know that we're absolutely all in the same position and we all want the same things. So I think ops can be quite a lonely place. You don't have those professional, you know, membership bodies that clinicians, you know, have the luxury of. So this is our equivalent. And it's being in a room with people that are like you, being able to network and share your experiences and challenges. That for me is the real benefit of Proud2bOps. Create new connections. Knew a few people in the room who I've not seen for years, so it's been nice to be able to engage with those too. And the morning was full of the talks, which I thought were engaging and insightful. The standout moment for me was some of that opportunity to reset, to move forward, to change things, to innovate and don't stand still. And the fact that the NHS has to change. And they were really strong in that message. I'm loving the Proud2bOps Congress, so many operational leaders in one room, taking the time and day away from their pressures within organisations to be able to network and be together in one room.
