Great article making a case for knowing your customer to improve your revenue and commercial opportunities, in the age of AI I suspect that information and data about guests and potential guests will increasingly be dynamically aggregated and turned into decisions " on the fly", providing hotels with clear insights into what the most profitable actions are to drive the desired outcomes.
