Real life incident. Foreign object in food ❌ Problem: Small stones in a meat pattie (Private client) I was sent a photograph. I turned up a few hours later to be told the stones had been disposed! Besides a training need, the supplier wasn't convinced that they had delivered a product that had contamination. A few simple steps to follow: ✅ Leave any foreign object in the food, don't handle it. ✅ Take photographs of the food problem. ✅ Keep all food and packaging in the original container if possible and place in the fridge or freezer where appropriate.
