Last week, the Vermont Department of Housing and Community Development released the Vermont 2025-2029 Statewide Housing Needs Assessment. HIP is proud to support the Know Who Owns Your Home Act, a new piece of legislation that aims to empower renters, landlords, and local governments with critical information and data on the conditions and ownership of rental properties.
