Your boss can be your friend. Your company can be your family during tough times. Don't always think only of your own benefit, Because we are human beings, and we live together. What you said isn't a law...

I my last job, which I held for over 20 years, my boss was my best friend and the company felt like family. And, yes, I felt that way in 3 of the 4 jobs I had in my career. Today, I am retired-but still stay in touch with many of my teamates. There are a few that I still vacation with. I will however agree that “Life’s journey is yours to design and that it’s crucial to stay true to your vision.

Stay true to your vision, protect your peace, and take those small steps forward.

Yes I truly believe that.We should never link everything in your life to your work. As the company will never ever do that We are all a recipe that they can change without even caring As a company is all about business Even managers are not friends who will care. They will just care for themselves at the end. Very rare to see real managers who are nodelled in the books of leadership everyone have their perdonsl agenda. The truth sometimes or even most of the time we employees are not included in their list when it comes to rewards and appreciation. All they care is themsekves. Though not all there is excemptions to some. We should always have an option for ourselves without invcuding your company as later the parting ways will come and we need to focus on ourselves alone.

My best friend once worked for me, but today, maintaining boundaries is essential. Business is about creating a product, selling it to customers, and generating profits. If your product doesn’t sell or you’re too slow to market, you must prepare for challenges and plan for what lies ahead.

This post image is spot-on. We are living our life not someone elses. The only objective of a job is to make the owner more wealthy, if it wasn't they wouldn't need employees. (Create your own destiny, not help someone else live theirs).
