Did they just say Carl Pei was the founder and CEO of nothing? That's my role LOL
I think #HP is involved in fraud activities. Let me share my story. I booked a service through HP portal. Hp assigned a partner to check my printer. Then, the service center mailed me that to assign a technician first i have to pay rupees 590 and QR code was attached to email. Certailily, QR code belongs to a man who is level one engineer there. Although i paid as HP was tagged in CC of that email. The technician visited and asked to replace print head. The service center send the quotation of Rupees 2065 of single part which is being available at HP website for INR 1364 Rupees. When i contacted their sales and support team, they do not sound logical. Further, when i contacted support team they said 2065 rupees contains service visit cost which was paid by me earlier. They did not give me the receipt of 590 rupees being paid by me and said that quotaion is equal to INVOICE copy. What a fraud and scamster you are ? I wanted to know how many guys are being duped by HP authenticated service center ? Today they have close my case number
