Many more opportunities are available beyond these listings. Whose responsibility is it to ensure a steady stream of graduates are entering the subsea industry to support growth and replace retirees? Considering that the process of hiring, training, and gaining field experience to transform a graduate into a proficient Surveyor or Geophysicist can take over a year, should clients share some of this burden? Is there a more efficient way to address this challenge?
