Myth: HR is only there for the business, not the employees Fact: While HR does work to support business goals, a big part of our role is creating a workplace where everyone thrives – that means employees and the organisation. We’re here to: - Ensure fair treatment for all. - Advocate for employee wellbeing. - Create opportunities for growth and development. - Mediate and resolve conflicts constructively. A strong HR team bridges the gap between business needs and employee happiness.
