Honest truth: finding a flexible job in Dubai is so hard. ESPECIALLY in a commission based role. What is workplace flexibility? The idea that an employers can be productive no matter where or when they do their work (with needed parameters obviously). Do I think it’s important? ✅Yes! Why? Because it allows employers and employees to adapt to uncertain changes. It’s crucial for performance and in building a strong bottom line in today's tech-driven corporate world. Why is that so hard is a commission based role? Because you as an individual will always feel like you have to work, could be morning, afternoon, evening, or night. The amount you put in ultimately correlates to what you make. So how do you stop that from happening? By finding the right place for you. 💯 My biggest advice for anyone moving to Dubai in any field would be: choose the company wisely. Look into their ethics, the work culture and how they operate. Ask questions… no matter how many you have! It’s so important that the people you work for help you stay on track to reach your ultimately business goals and their own (without burning out).
